On Dec 28, 2018, CybageAsha inaugurated and handed over various development projects at Pingori village, a drought-prone village with a population size of 1050 people, located in a remote hilly area, in the Purandar taluka.
Ritu Nathani, Director, Cybage Software Private Ltd. and Managing Trustee, CybageAsha, graced the occasion with her presence.
A lot of development work has been undertaken by CybageAsha in the last two years to uplift the living conditions of the village residents of Pingori. On the education front, CybageAsha helped construct two classrooms for secondary school and provided help for the refurbishment of the primary school. This helped more than 140 school going children.
CybageAsha helped construct two 20-thousand-liter water tanks, repair the Cement Nala Bandhara and connected drinking water pipeline from village well to the primary school among others. These initiatives have not only helped villagers to get enough quantity of water for drinking and day-to-day use, but it will save a lot their time and energy that was earlier used for collecting the water for their daily survival.
