CybageAsha conducted a one-day workshop for village leaders (Sarpanch, Upsarpanch, Gram Panchayat members and CRP) in association with Rudset, which is an employment generation training organization and center in Talegaon Dabhade (Rudset training center).

 Following are the topics that were covered in the one day workshop:

 *Financial Literacy*

It included information on vima yojana, government accidental claims, social security, and saving related schemes.

 *Pension schemes*

Atal Pension yojana by the government that provides a monthly retirement pension of Rs. 5000.

 *Employment generation related loan schemes*

Mudra loan to start your own venture and SHG loan related schemes.

 *Trainings*

Rudset conducts free of cost training on agri-aligned business, technical, and home-based employment generation training courses.

 Workshop conducted by Suneel Mehendale, Director, Rudset training center.

Total 42 village leaders (29 male and 13 female) from Purandar, Bhor, and Velhe blocks took benefit of this training.

We are expecting these village leaders to invite the Rudset resource person in their respective villages to organize such camps for their residents.
